Community rules and rules in the apartment

Please remember to close the pedestrian gate door and main doors to the building .
The car gate should be used for cars only. Park your car on the correct parking space.
Please respect your neighbours and keep your noice to a minimum, especially when leaving or arriving early in the morning or late at night.
Loud music should stop by 11pm.
Please do not put towels , laundry items, carpets ect. over the balcony walls.
It is not allowed to bring friends from outside the Community to the Pool or Spa area.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and events are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed.
Barbecuing is not allowed.
Bikes, scooters and similar items are not allowed inside the apartment or within the gated area.
Please do not leave food out and dispose the garbage properly.
Take the last garbage with you in conjunction with departure. There are containers next to the gas station.
Please leave used towels in the bathrooms and the bed linen in the beds in conjunction with departure.
